Plastic injection moulding is a well-known method for producing products and\/or components. Plastic can easily be moulded into any desired shape using injection moulds and the associated machines. The advanced injection moulding machines produce a precise shape. There are various injection moulding companies that carry out plastic moulding. Every injection moulder has its own area of specialisation. For example, there are different types of plastic that can be used for injection moulding. Developing an injection moulding machine enables plastic to be moulded into any component you need. An injection mould is precision-designed in collaboration with an engineer. Once it has been created, it\u2019s easy to handle high production numbers. Injection moulding<\/a> is known for its extremely detailed results. Types of plastic<\/h2>\r\n\r\n \r\n
\r\n\r\n

Plastics can be classified into four main types: thermoplastics, thermosets, elastomers and composites. Each of these types of plastic has its own distinctive qualities. Each type uses different raw materials. These can be combined to produce the desired result.<\/p>\n

Do you want a product to be flexible, or does it need to be hard? Should the type of plastic be easy or difficult to colour? Does it need to be able to withstand higher temperatures, or not? And so forth. These are all decisions that need to be made in order to determine which type of plastic to use for a particular part or component.<\/p>\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

PHASE 1: QUOTATION<\/h3>\r\n
Tijdens deze eerste stap hebben we nauw contact. Een goede inventarisatie is belangrijk om vast te stellen welke productonderdelen er nodig zijn. We bekijken de gewenste kunststoffen en selecteren de leveranciers voor overige onderdelen.\r\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Nu wordt het pas echt leuk, want in de prototype fase gaan we ontwikkelen. Alle onderdelen, waar in vorige fases samen intensief mee bezig zijn geweest, komen samen. Van matrijs tot aan masterbatches en overige inkoopdelen.\r\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
