PHASE 1: QUOTATION<\/h3>\r\n
We maintain close contact during this initial step. It\u2019s important to take a good inventory in order to determine which product components are required. We review the plastics needed and select suppliers for other components.<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

PHASE 2: ASSIGNMENT<\/h3>\r\n
You’re happy with the quote and have signed off on it. Our project manager then receives the assignment and everyone\u2019s at the starting blocks ready to begin work on designing your project. The required samples have already been ordered and together we draw up an action list. <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

We then create a plan based on the action list. This is a detailed project plan that our project manager tackles with a structured approach. In this phase, all elements and aspects of the project flow together into a cohesive whole.<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

PHASE 4: PROTOTYPE<\/h3>\r\n
Now the fun really starts, because in the prototype phase we work on development. All the components \u2013 which we\u2019ve worked on intensively together in previous phases \u2013 come together. From mould to master batches and other purchased parts.<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Have plastic product made<\/h2>\r\n\r\n \r\n

Plastic products<\/a> are something that we all use every day, and many are manufactured using\u00a0injection moulding<\/a>. Injection moulding can create almost any unique shape. In collaboration with our engineers, the product\u2019s manufacturability, reproducibility and costs will be examined. After all, the price is something that\u2019s determined on the drawing board. Our engineers<\/a> have plenty of experience; they supervise similar design projects an average of 100 times each year.<\/p>\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

Project Management<\/h2>\r\n\r\n \r\n

A product often consists of various components. Often these can\u2019t all be produced by one factory, depending on the materials used. This means that multiple suppliers will be involved in product development. Wicro takes the lead in this process. Our engineers advise on manufacturability and functionality right from the very first sketches. The\u00a0mould-making<\/a>\u00a0process begins based on these. At the same time we look for and select suitable suppliers for the products that are not injection moulded, and start building an assembly line. Then, once all samples have been approved and cleared, we can start mass production in our injection moulding and assembly plant in Kessel.<\/p>\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n
