Injection moulding\u00a0is one of the most commonly-used moulding techniques for plastic<\/a> parts. It is an impressive and creative process in which an injection moulding machine and injection mould<\/a> transform thermoplastics<\/a> into any desired shape. Injection moulding is often used to produce product components. With 76 fully automated injection moulding machines with a clamping force of 50 \u2013 1150 tonnes, a closed conveyor system and our own tool shop, we\u2019re able to process (almost) all thermoplastics in our injection moulding plant. Technical semi-finished products with tight tolerances, complex design and good dimensional stability, and also visually appealing products requiring high standards in terms of colour, gloss and surface texture. Injection mould and tool repairs and maintenance? We carry them out ourselves, which makes us just that little bit faster. We maintain close contact during this initial step. It\u2019s important to take a good inventory in order to determine which product components are required. We review the plastics needed and select suppliers for other components.<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

You’re happy with the quote and have signed off on it. Our project manager then receives the assignment and everyone\u2019s at the starting blocks ready to begin work on designing your project. The required samples have already been ordered and together we draw up an action list. <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Now the fun really starts, because in the prototype phase we work on development. All the components \u2013 which we\u2019ve worked on intensively together in previous phases \u2013 come together. From mould to master batches and other purchased parts.<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
